As more and more companies transition to the Hybrid Work Model, employees find themselves struggling to coordinate schedules. Exchanging IT equipment or important documents can be difficult when everyone is coming in on different days of the week. With Click & Collect, the office can seamlessly exchange goods with an easy-to-use mobile app and lockers to place and pick-up whatever is needed.

Exchanging IT equipment or important documents can be difficult when everyone is coming in on different days of the week. With parcel lockers, the office can seamlessly exchange goods with an easy-to-use mobile app and lockers to place and pick-up whatever is needed.
HOW IT WORKS:
Once the mobile app is downloaded by the location staff, they sign in with a provided account or via enterprise SSO so they can start managing and creating bookings on individual lockers. When the staff member creates a booking, users will receive a notification with instructions to download the app (if they haven’t already).
The worker can now easily create a booking for users to receive their item. The app seamlessly walks managers through the steps needed to complete the booking, and users are directly prompted on how to receive their item from the locker.

The user taps the unlock button to open the locker and place items in.

Create a booking transfer by choosing from suggested users that have recently used a locker or enter the user’s phone number — the suggested user list can also be populated from an existing active directory (SSO) user list.
STEP 3
The selected user will receive an SMS or push notification in the app to let them know that their item is ready for them to pick-up, at their convenience.
STEP 4
When the recipient opens the app, they will be prompted to accept the transfer and will then see the booking appear in the app and can open the locker for pick-up.
