P2 Gives Back is our way of paying it forward, backwards, and sideways, for wherever our people live and whatever they care about. It’s our three-pronged approach to making a difference:

Our people volunteer for causes they care about.
We host all-hands service days for big-impact work.
And through the Will Patterson Fund, we give real dollars to organizations making real change.

Throughout our footprint, our goal is simple: Be good neighbors, make life a little better, and make sure that when our people give back, they never have to do it alone.

Our Mission in Motion

The Will Patterson Fund

Named for our late CFO, mentor, and friend, the Will Patterson Fund fuels our financial giving. Will led with heart and humility, and the fund reflects both.

Each year, Patterson Pope sets aside a portion of our profits to support causes nominated by our employees. Whether it’s youth mentoring, food banks, or local shelters, if a teammate believes in it, we’re listening.

Sometimes, the need is closer to home. When someone on our team is facing hardship, the fund is there to lend a hand.

It’s generosity in action. Just like Will would’ve wanted.

Paid to Pitch In

Volunteer Time Off

Not every kind of giving fits in a donation box. Sometimes it looks like hauling lumber, handing out backpacks, or helping someone get back on their feet.

That’s why we offer every full-time team member paid volunteer hours to support causes they care about. No red tape, no hassle. Just time to get out there and help. We’ve got folks planting trees, packing food boxes, and helping teach fractions to fourth graders (brave souls).
