Yellowbox locks were created for a seamless user experience. Users can use existing access RFID cards or the Yellowbox app to book and unlock their locker from their smartphones. Lockers can be configured for your specific use case, whether temporary or permanent.
HOW IT WORKS
USER APP
If users decide to open their locker through the Yellowbox app, they will be surprised by how easy it is to use. With the Yellowbox app designed with customer at the center and 24/7 in-app support, we make sure users are getting the help they need, just in case. Don’t have the app? No worries! Managers can easily create bookings and allocate lockers to users that aren’t using the app.

No more master keys, codes, or cards. Managers can easily manage and open all lockers through their phone, along with viewing real-time data on usage and battery life. We also have the functionality to end bookings that have surpassed their allotted time. Cleaning is a breeze by setting custom groups (like cleaning crews) with specialized access to lockers.

Our data dashboard gives you a live view of all lockers’ usage and battery levels, so you can update locker configurations accordingly. Our data also allows you to view audit trail logs so you have helpful documentation on locker activity.
